Review by Frank: Extreme Punch is my favorite analog tape emulator. I have both a digital and analog studio and have not found another VST plugin that handles dynamics as as analog as extreme punch. Both inexpensive and sonically smooth.

Review by Dexter Chow: It's an overall decent product. Not tons of bells and whistles (that I'm not interested in anyway), but for me that was a plus because it's easy to use and cheaper than some others.
However, support is non-existent. I've sent 6 emails over the last couple months to their main and support emails and have had no response at all. I don't have a real high priority issue, but I expect at least some response (beyond the automated bot response). Due to this complete lack of support, I cannot recommend this.
Note they have recently renamed their product to Lion Clock. (2/5 - 24-Feb-2008)
